Basic site measurement
We use privacy-focused measurement to understand which pages are useful and whether the site is working properly. It does not create an advertising profile or require a login.
Technical details
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate visits, referrers, campaign attribution, and performance information. A Project Babbage service counts a small set of actions such as opening a source, copying an answer, sharing a page, or submitting a correction. Search filtering happens in your browser; the words you search for are not included in those records.
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers or cross-site profiles.
- No wallet addresses, balances, transaction details, or private keys.
- No identity credentials, session replay, or browser fingerprinting.
- No free-text search contents.
- No sale or rental of reader information.
What happens when you contact us
Correction and question forms send the text you enter, the selected page or subject, an optional public evidence URL, and any contact details you choose to provide to Project Babbage.
Contact information is used only to clarify that submission. Do not include secrets, private wallet information, confidential records, or sensitive personal data.
Public accountability
Accepted factual corrections are summarized in the public revision log. A submitter's name or contact information is not published without specific permission.
