A public reference for difficult BSV questions.
BSV.place exists to make serious evaluation easier: state the concern fairly, link the strongest available sources, and leave important limits visible.
Preserve the reasoning, not just the reply
Our purpose is to make useful arguments, counterarguments and evidence accessible beyond a social-media exchange. Short answers connect to fuller explanations, decision guides, source records and reusable assets. We aim to explain the positive mechanism as clearly as its limits.
This is our editorial commitment, not a certificate of integrity for everyone associated with BSV. Article attribution identifies the maintainer; a source review does not imply independent peer review. BRC-187 is a related author’s opinion and is labeled accordingly.
Who maintains it
BSV.place is maintained by Project Babbage and contributors. Project Babbage builds BSV-related software, which creates relevant experience and a potential bias. Readers should evaluate the linked evidence rather than treating the maintainer as authority.
What it is not
This is not an official publication of the BSV Association, a token promotion, investment advice, or legal advice. No belief about the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto is required to use the site.
How claims are handled
Primary records, current code, reproducible tests, and independently checkable measurements carry more weight than advocacy. Each answer distinguishes demonstrated capability from adoption and commercial success.
How to challenge it
Send the exact sentence you dispute, the best public source available, and the correction you believe follows. Material factual corrections are recorded publicly.
